Our parked car was hit during our vacation. Luckily, Rasids L. was very eager to help. He responded quickly and was very friendly. The damages that we had to pay with the rental company was fully coverd by DiscoverCars. Next time we will book with DiscoverCars again!

They won't leave you alone if you are troubble
I had an accident on my holiday in Italy. I had full insurance with DiscoverCars. These guys are great ! At first I called and the lady on the phone helped me to find my ground, was very gentle and sweet. When I got back home I thought the whole process would be a mess. But I filed a complain, and got in touch with Alexander who guided me through the whole process. I got all my money back. So my suggestion if you travel abroad, always get full coverage. And be sure you won't be left alone to deal with situation if something goes wrong
